A custom, mobile-friendly website with up to three standard pages, a basic contact form, click-to-call and email links, business information, social links, initial deployment, DNS setup, SSL, hosting, basic on-page SEO, routine technical maintenance, and reasonable minor updates to existing content.

Building a professional website requires upfront development work. The initial 12-month commitment allows FourElm to offer website creation without charging an upfront build fee. The first-year hosting commitment is $420, paid monthly.

Your hosting continues at $35/month on a month-to-month basis unless you cancel or agree to a different arrangement.

After completing the initial 12-month commitment, you can request a website transfer. FourElm will explain the available transfer options and any applicable assistance costs before proceeding. Domain ownership and transfer rights are separate from the website service commitment.

No. FourElm can help select, purchase, register, and manage your domain on your behalf, including DNS setup and renewals. Registration and renewal costs are separate unless otherwise agreed. If you already own a domain, you can keep your existing registrar; no transfer is required. Requested names are subject to availability.

You do. Even when FourElm purchases and manages your domain, it belongs to your business. FourElm is the technical administrator. Where supported, your business is recorded as the registrant with accurate contact information.

Yes. After the initial 12-month website commitment, you can request independent management access, a registrar transfer, DNS changes, or continued FourElm management by agreement. We provide reasonable assistance, subject to registrar policies and ICANN requirements. Earlier transfers will be handled where legally or contractually required. The website commitment does not override your domain ownership or transfer rights.

Your domain remains yours. You can arrange a transfer or discuss continued domain management separately. Any remaining website service obligations are governed by your service agreement.

Yes. You can use your domain with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or another provider. FourElm can help configure basic email DNS settings. Email subscriptions, mailbox management, password resets, and ongoing email support are not included.

Yes, as separately quoted custom work. Examples include Calendly or Square Appointments, Stripe or PayPal payments, HubSpot CRM, online stores, Mailchimp email marketing, advanced forms, quote calculators, customer portals, and workflow automation. These are outside the standard plan. Third-party subscriptions and transaction fees are paid directly to the provider.

Absolutely. Start with a professional website and add scheduling, payments, customer tools, or other functionality as your business grows. Custom features and applications are quoted separately.

Yes. Reasonable minor updates to existing content are included. Additional pages, major redesigns, substantial content changes, and new functionality may require a separate quote. Unlimited revisions, professional photography, custom logos or brand identity, and advanced SEO campaigns are not included.

Yes. The standard plan includes up to three pages. Additional pages can be quoted separately.

No. Blog creation and ongoing article publishing are not included in the standard plan but can be discussed as custom work.

FourElm uses basic search-engine best practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, mobile-friendly layouts, and search-friendly structure. Search rankings, traffic, and placement are not guaranteed.

Timelines depend on scope, the information provided, and current availability. FourElm will discuss the expected timeline after reviewing your application.

You can still apply. FourElm will review your existing website and determine whether a replacement fits the standard offer or requires custom work.
